Well I guess that's it guys. I just spent the last two hours banging my head against the wall wishing it wasn't so but the TUDOR Championship is a Grand Scam. They flatly refuse to show the shit on TV we pay big money for and force us to watch on garbage interweb streams that cut in and out and do 10 second loops every few minutes all to watch "NASCAR learns to turn right." Someone please tell me something nice while we mourn the loss of my favorite form of racing. Hopefully F1 will be better than last year or I will seriously die.

It costs more to buy the time on the satellite to broadcast it live on TV than they can get from advertisers. Not enough people watch it.

How have I been watching races in the past? I found them on tv. Also are more people watching MMA reruns from 2008 than sports car racing? I know right after they quit the tv coverage today it went to a college baseball game. I can't imagine that draws millions...

The feed worked fine for me. Remember it is Nascar money so the old alms tracks are not going to get the same coverage.

I'm sorry you don't like the answer, I have no control over it. It's the same reason that Short track racing, Sprint Car racing, and Dirt track racing that is on Fox1 is not played live, but a week later. Also it was College Basketball. And yes, many more people watch College Basketball in March than watch Sports car Racing. I'm not trying to be critical here, I'd rather watch it on TV too but programming is driven by profit.

We need to organize and complain! I thought the exact same thing as noted here... MMA re-runs, but arguably the most historic sports car race in the US is not shown in full? Crazy. NASCAR boys will lose fans to the international series...

I have been politely but critically flaming (is that possible? dunno) their facebook page since the end of the race. Lots people also there pissed off voicing their displeasure. I will probably email IMSA too. I emailed them after Daytona to complain about the grievous lack of coverage and they assured me the rest of the season would be better covered...ha. -_-
